The focus of this two-hour interactive workshop is to understand the key distinctions between our worst self and our best self while exploring that both have significant impact on our internal and external experiences of life. In a pre-workshop assessment, we identify the saboteurs that are contributing to our stress, fear, and worry. Awareness of their impact is key to making a change. Then we honor our best self through reflection and interaction. Once we understand the qualities of our best self, we discuss ways to proactively connect with it. Attendees walk away with awareness of how they may be getting in their own way and ways to connect with their best self more often. Cost: $25, all proceeds go to the Pender Community Center.
